Hello, everyone! My name is Allie Santiago, and I'm the baker behind Allie's Bakes! Aside from baking, I'm a full time college student double majoring in English and Psychology. In my free time, I love to paint, dance, watch Friends, read, shop, and bake, of course! After college, I hope to go to law school and pursue my passion for justice. That's me in a nutshell :) 

Baking is my escape from my fast-paced lifestyle. It's a time when I can just relax and unwind. Over the past few years, I have developed these recipes in my home kitchen. Enjoy!!
